V noci na dnešek zemřela ve věku 72 let Helena Štáchová. O úmrtí informovala její dcera Denisa Kirschnerová. Sdělila, že paní Štáchová zemřela uprostřed své rodiny v domácím prostředí. „Navzdory dlouhému boji s těžkou nemocí se maminka do poslední chvíle věnovala divadlu, kterému zasvětila svůj profesní i osobní život. Budeme se snažit, aby naše dřevěná rodinka žila dál svůj divadelní život,“ dodala dále Denisa Kirschnerová.
Paní Helenu Štáchovou má většina z nás spojenou s Divadlem Spejbla a Hurvínka, kde se stala hlasem především Máničky a její bábinky paní Kateřiny. Od roku 1996 byla také ředitelkou tohoto divadla. V roce 2013 obdrželo Divadlo Spejbla a Hurvínka cenu Thálie za celoživotní mistrovství. Nesmazatelný otisk zanechala také v dabingu, její nejznámější rolí je geniálně namluvená Lisa Simpsonová v americkém seriálu Simpsonovi.
V této době vrcholí práce na prvním celovečerním filmu Hurvínek a kouzelné muzeum. Paní Štáchová ho ještě stihla namluvit a stane se tak její poslední rolí.
